Refund & Return Policy

At Swiftwear, operated by Swiftcomex Technologies Private Limited, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. This policy explains the conditions for returns, cancellations, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
• Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

2. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Product received is damaged or defective
• Wrong item or size delivered

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/video).

Once the return request is approved, the damaged or defective item will be returned within 7 working days.

3. Return Conditions

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
• Return request must be approved before sending the product

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Used, washed, or worn products
• Innerwear and hygiene-sensitive items
• Products purchased on clearance or final sale

5. Refund Process

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, refund will be initiated
• Refunds will be processed within 7 working days
• Amount will be credited to the original payment method
